Semi-abstract


While working in abstract is very empowering, breaking out of the borders of what is recognizable and allowing the viewer to interprete for themselves, it is also nice to play with recognizable elements in a random way. Here is an example of just such a piece.

Love the textures of this one. Is this digital? I'd love to hear what you used to create this...or what the process was..

Hi Mary,
this is created using particle brushes and a tablet in a paint program called PD Pro. There are a number of different textures that you can use and with experimentation you can create some very interesting compositions.
